I understand that plans change, and flexibility is important. The policies below are designed to be fair and supportive while respecting reserved lesson time.

• More than 24 hours’ notice:

  Full refund or reschedule available.

• Within 24 hours of your lesson:

  A full credit is offered toward a future session.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows:

  May be subject to a to a fee of 50% of the booked lesson rate, depending on the circumstances.

• Weather & ocean conditions:

  If conditions are unsafe, lessons may be rescheduled or refunded at no cost to you.
