By booking a lesson with Surf with Jennie, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are in place to ensure clarity, safety, and a positive experience for everyone.

Booking & Payment Policy

Single lessons require a 50% deposit to reserve your session. The remaining balance is due on the day of the lesson.

Lesson packages require full payment in advance and must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Accepted payment methods include:

Zelle
Venmo
Credit card
Debit card

Credit/debit card payments includes a processing surcharge (3.3%+$0.30).

If paying by card, please request a secure payment link.

Friends & Family Discount

Friends & Family discount may be applied to:

Private lessons
2-person semi-private lessons

This discount does not apply to:

Group lessons
Private lesson packages
Already discounted packages
Corporate or event bookings

Discounts must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Lessons canceled more than 24 hours in advance are fully refundable.

Same-day cancellations can be applied as credit toward a future session. No-shows may result in the deposit to be forfeited, depending on the circumstances.

Life happens — injuries, weather, and unexpected situations are always understood.

Waiver & Liability Release

All participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to participating in any lesson.

• Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

• No lesson will be conducted without a completed and signed waiver.

Equipment & Personal Belongings

Gear and equipment may be provided unless otherwise arranged.

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Surf with Jennie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
