Each session is designed to provide a comfortable and supportive space that meets you where you are, helping you build confidence and skills in the water at your own pace

MEET & PREP

We’ll start with a quick check-in to go over your experience, comfort level, goals, and ocean awareness so the session feels personalized and comfortable from the start.

LAND LESSON

We go over positioning, pop-ups, paddling, turns, and other core techniques on land first, building confidence and muscle memory before getting into the water

WAVE TIME

​​In the water, we’ll practice the skills learned on land in real ocean conditions while building confidence one wave at a time through guided coaching, support, and a pace that feels comfortable for you

WRAP UP & FEEDBACK

We’ll wrap up the session with feedback, reflection, and guidance to support your continued confidence and progression in the water
